Thank you for enjoying apps developed and published by DrKappa, referred to as the "App" or "Apps". In this Privacy Policy "You" and "Your" refer to you, the person using our Apps. "We", "Us" and "Our" refer to the staff, sites, and other resources of DrKappa.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when DrKappa collects, uses and shares your information when you use our Services. We will ask for your consent before collecting or using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy. For users subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, consent will be asked also for activities set in this privacy policy. The same applies with services provided by our parners.

By using the Services, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. This is the information we might collect. If you are subject to the GDPR you will have the option to consent, except for legitimate interest on our side.

Application information. We may collect information about your installation, such us the operating system type and application version number.

Information you give us. When you contact us, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.

Third-party services. We may use third-party services to help us understand the use of our Service, such as Google Analytics or Google Firebase. These third-party service providers may collect anonymous information as part of normal App usage.

AD Networks. We may feature advertising within our Service. The advertisers may collect and use information about you, such as your Service session activity, device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, geo-location information and IP address. They may use this information to provide advertisements of interest to you.
In addition, you may see our Apps advertised in other services. After clicking on one of these advertisements and installing our apps, you will become a user of our Service. In order to verify the installs, a device identifier may be shared with the advertiser.

Third Party Sites and Contributors

The Apps may contain links to websites that are operated by third parties. We do not control those websites and as such this Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites. Please consult the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those third party websites to find out how they collect and use Your personal data and to establish whether and for what purpose they use cookies.

Advertisements contained on Our Apps operate as links to that advertiser's websites and as such any information they collect by virtue of Your clicking on that link will be collected and used in accordance with the privacy policy of that advertiser.

How We Use Information

We use information collected through our Service for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you in connection with our Service. For example, we may use your information to:

Information we share

We do not collect information that can directly identify you, we may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non strictly personal information, such as aggregate usage statistics. As per GDPR, data that could indirectly identify you is considered personal data. For users subject to GDPR collecting this data will always require consent or be mandatory because of our legitimate interest.

Information security

DrKappa takes reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties.
We make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Service in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public and we attempt to ensure the integrity of our network and systems. Obviously we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems and we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining access to this information. We do not represent that your information will be absolutely protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. In case this happened we would take the necessary actions as per GDPR.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to Our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any such changes to Our privacy policy will be posted here.

Supported app versions

If you are subject to GDPR, note that we cannot be responsible for app versins which are not supported anymore, were provided "as is" or have been downloaded from unofficial channels. The updated, GDPR compliant apps are available at this address: DrKappa apps on Google Play. If you have another version, please update to the latest version.
